The Obelis Trash Compactor is designed to fit the limited spaces on boats. With dimensions of L235 x W440 x H339 mm, it can be installed in galleys, technical compartments, or under countertops without taking up excess space. Its compact structure allows for easy installation and convenient access for loading and unloading waste. Powered by 12V DC with a maximum consumption of 4A, it integrates seamlessly with onboard electrical systems, ensuring efficiency without draining the battery.

The Obelis compactor is designed for maximum energy efficiency, minimizing its impact on onboard systems. It operates on 12V DC with a maximum consumption of 4A, making it fully compatible with marine electrical systems without straining the batteries. Its compaction system runs on short, optimized cycles, ensuring intelligent energy use. This means that even with frequent use, power consumption remains low—delivering energy savings without compromising performance.
Before starting compression, a plastic bag must always be placed inside the compactor. After compaction, to add more waste or remove the full bag, slightly lift the handle until you hear the first click (partial opening). This activates the automatic descent of the base, indicated by the Down LED lighting up. Once the descent is complete and the LED turns off, you can fully lift the handle and open the lid to continue filling or emptying the Trash Compactor.
