By placing an order, the customer fully accepts these terms and conditions. Buyer shall be not allowed to unilateral discount on price. All prices are in Euros. OBELIS reserves the right to modify prices at any time. Reference shall be made to ICC Incoterms. Default delivery term shall be FCA &#8211; Free Carrier. Any lack of conformity must be communicated in writing, under forfeiture, within 5 days from discovery, in any case within 30 days from delivery.<br>Proper functioning of products is also guaranteed for 2 years from delivery provided that products are utilized in accordance to the relevant instructions for use and maintenance.<br><br>The guarantee for product lack of conformity and\/or improper functioning shall be limited to replacement or repair of faulty products; with the exclusion of any further legal liability including direct and indirect damages).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<style>.gsbp-4ef73b7{margin-top:120px;}<\/style>\n<div class=\"gsbp-4ef73b7\"><style>.gsbp-f53c86b{position:relative;top:0px;left:0px;padding-bottom:30px;}<\/style>\n<div class=\"gsbp-f53c86b\"><style>.gsbp-eb15617{position:relative;top:0px;left:0px;z-index:2;}<\/style>\n<h2 class=\"gsbp-eb15617\"><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong>6. To exercise this right, the customer must send written notice to <a href=\"mailto:info@obelis.it\">info@obelis.it<\/a> and return the product at their own expense, undamaged and in its original packaging. Any disputes arising out, or in connection with these General Terms of Supply, and any contracts governed by the same shall be finally settled in accordance with the ADR QUADRA Rules (www.adrquadra.com).
